- IS THERE A WARRANTY ON DANIEL KLEIN WATCHES?
YES! DANIEL KLEIN Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 1 year after the original purchase.
- ARE DANIEL KLEIN WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?
DANIEL KLEIN Watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty.
- I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@danielkleinwatch.com or at https://www.facebook.com/danielkleinwatchesint.
We generally process orders within a few hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
RETURN POLICY
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers, domestic and international for orders over $50.00. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international customers with orders under $50.00, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
